Back in the AP Top 25 – Your Miami Hurricanes!!!!

Congratulations to the Miami Hurricanes, who jumped into The Associated Press (AP) Top 25 on Sunday!! Debuting as No. 15 following its 21-16 upset win over Florida, they’re back in the AP Top 25 for the first time since the week of Nov. 14, 2010. It’s also their first top-15 ranking since the week of Oct. 3, 2010, when they were ranked No. 13.

The AP College Poll provides weekly rankings of the top 25 NCAA teams in one of three Division I college sports: football, men’s basketball and women’s basketball. The rankings are compiled by polling sportswriters across the nation. Each voter provides his own ranking of the top 25 teams, and the individual rankings are then combined to produce the national ranking by giving a team 25 points for a first place vote, 24 for a second place vote, and so on down to 1. The USA Today Poll ranks Miami at No. 18, tied with Michigan, and ESPN.com’s Power Rankings place Miami at No. 14.

Stay tuned for more exciting news on our beloved Miami team; more excitement is scheduled on September 21st  for the game against Savannah State, starting at 7 pm. After that, the 28th is the game against USF, and October 5th against Georgia Tech. If you missed out on the chance to be a season ticket holder for this 2013 season, you now have a second chance to get your season tickets for the remaining home games, with prices starting at $80 in the 400 level.

We at the Therapy-IV love our sports and will be keeping you up-to-date on latest news and updates in college and pro-football. If you’re looking for a thrilling day out, consider us for your next Miami Deep Sea Fishing trip. Call me, Captain Stan, at 305-945-1578.
