Miami Hurricanes Extends Its Undefeated Streak

The Miami Hurricanes extended their winning streak after defeating the Nebraska Cornhuskers last Saturday in a close game that saw the team lose its 23 point lead during the fourth quarter, only to make a comeback during overtime and eke out a 36-33 win after a successful field goal by quarterback Tommy Armstrong Jr.

Despite the third straight win, the Hurricanes will have little time to rest. The team will have its winning streak challenged next month by five different opponents, starting with the Cincinnati Bearcats next Thursday, October 1st followed by arch-rival Florida State University on Saturday, October 10th, better known by its FSU acronym.  The rest of the Miami Hurricanes team schedule for the month of October is listed below:
Virginia Tech on Saturday, October 17th
Clemson on Saturday, October 24th
Duke on Saturday, October 31st
