After much anticipation, Miami Beach’s Time Out Market has finally set a date for its grand opening. The food hall has added the last two spots in its roster and those looking to experience what may end up being the best food hall cuisine in the barrier island can set a date for May 9.
Indeed, Time Out Market will be opening bright and early at 8 am and will feature more than fifteen different restaurants, a trio of bars, and even a demo kitchen. Further adding to its allure is Miguel Massens, a man who has worked with restaurants that have received the prestigious Michelin star, such as California’s The French Laundry. Those looking to meet Massens will find him residing in Time Out Market’s demo kitchen.
Other names that are on board for Time Out Market include K’West by Norman Van Aken, which aims to bring an authentic taste of the Florida Keys to Miami Beach. Aken will also debut the second location for his pizza restaurant, appropriately named Beach Pie. Other notable names that will be contributing their culinary expertise to Time Out Market include pastry maestro Antonio Bachour, the Stubborn Seed’s Jeremy Ford, and Azucar’s Suzy Batlle, to name a few.
Time Out Market will be located at 1601 Drexel Avenue.
