While you patiently await the return of the South Beach Wine and Food Festival next year, a couple of food-related events are happening around Miami to get you into the “foodie” mood as 2020 gets closer. Let’s explore two of them.
On Wednesday at 7 pm, the Lincoln Eatery food hall in South Beach will host its Night at the Market, welcoming Aaron Sanchez of the Food Network. The event serves as a culinary fundraiser with proceeds going towards fighting Parkinson’s. Guests can try bites from some of the best chefs in the country like John Mooney, Stephan Pyles, Sanchez himself, and Miami’s Michael Schwartz. Drinks will be provided by Cocktails at the Lincoln Eatery and you’ll also find food courtesy of restaurants like TYO Sushi, Manhattan Paletas, and more.
Rachael Ray is one of the biggest names in food and if you have yet to try one of her recipes, you can do so by trying her virtual restaurant appropriately called Rachael Ray to Go. The way it works is you place an order through Uber Eats and the food is prepared by the delivery-only service called Reef Kitchens. Each order comes with a thank-you note, a sweet treat, and you may also receive a complimentary copy of Rachael Ray 50: Memories and Meals From a Sweet and Savory Life, her new book.
